LifeSize Gateway cihazı ISDN ile IP networkleri arasında videokonferans görüşmesini sağlayan geçiş cihazıdır. ISDN desteği olmayan lokasyonda bulunan IP tabanlı bir VK cihazı bu gateway cihazı üzerinden yurtdışındaki ISDN tabanlı videokonferans sistemlerini arayabilmektedir.
